(1) PORTABLE SYSTEMS

(2) SOURCE CAPTURE FUME EXHAUST
This system exhausts the welding fumes from the facility. To minimize ambient air losses we employ a VFD ( variable frequency drive ) control on the exhaust blower. Each fume arm has a damper. When the fume arm is in use, the operator opens the damper which signals the VFD to increase the exhaust blower CFM as needed. This not only reduces ambient air loss but reduces electrical operating costs as well.
(3) Source capture-Fume filtration and re-circulation
This system captures the contaminants from your process, purifies the air stream and returns the clean air to the facility. Considering today’s energy costs for tempering plant air, this is the sensible way to correct your smoke, fume and dust issues.
